Are you wondering where your order is? No problem!


Mail orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of payment being received. You'll receive your tracking information by email after it has shipped. Once Canada Post has scanned in your package, you will start to see tracking updates.

If you're looking for your Canada Post tracking link, you can find it in your order history. Just visit the My Account page, select Orders:

Then you can VIEW the order and click the TRACK button.

Please note, we have no further information on the whereabouts of your package other than what is currently displayed on the tracking page -- what you see, what we see, and what Canada Post sees is all the same information.

Sometimes, there may be a delay in Canada Post scanning in your package, however if you have received your tracking number this means your package is on the way, and you should see tracking updates as the package reaches its next checkpoint.


If you ordered via same day delivery, please refer to the delivery schedules below:

Please note: If your order is placed and paid for after the final cut-off for the day, it will be delivered in the first delivery wave the following day. If you would prefer a later delivery, please reach out when you place your order.

Live tracking is not currently available for our Same Day and Next Day Delivery service, however you will receive a text/call to notify you of the pending delivery.
