Once you've completed your payment, it can take up to 40 minutes for it to be received on our end. When you send an e-Transfer or complete a Interac Money Request, Interac may hold your funds, in which case it will be "pending" status in your online banking until payment has been cleared.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming the deposit and your order status will change to "Processing."
Orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of payment being received. You'll receive your tracking info by email after it has shipped.
If you ordered via Same Day or Next Day delivery, refer to the delivery schedules below. Orders placed and paid for after the final cut-off will be delivered in the first wave on the following business day.
Please note: If you have submitted your payment, there is no need to let us know, you will receive confirmation once your order has moved into processing.
