PURCHASING A VIRTUAL GIFT CARD
Head to our Virtual Gift Card page and choose your preferred Virtual Gift Card image - you can browse our selection of holiday themes & more.
Choose the amount you'd like to gift from our pre-set options, or send a custom amount!
Enter a Delivery Date - Our automated email will send your gift card to your recipient on the selected date.
Enter the Name & Email Address of the recipient.
Now enter your Name & Message - this will appear in the email along with the selected gift card image.
Add to Cart, and you're good to Checkout!
Virtual Gift Cards can be purchased along with any other products. Only one Virtual Gift Card can be purchased per order.
REDEEMING YOUR VIRTUAL GIFT CARD
There are two ways of redeeming your Virtual Gift Card:
REDEEMING AT CART
Fill your cart with your desired products.
Head to the cart & click 'Got a gift card from a loved one? Use it here' which will open a Gift Card code field
You can also apply the code at checkout if you missed applying it at the cart stage!
REDEEMING ON MY ACCOUNT
You can log in to your account and navigate to the My Account page.
Click on the GIFT CARDS tab
Enter the Gift Card Code and push "Add new"
The Gift Card Balance has now been added to your account, and you can use it as a method of payment at checkout by selecting "Apply this gift card".
