If you want to order for Same-Day delivery your payment must be received by the time cut offs below. If you miss the cut off time for, your order will be delivered the next slot, which could result in the following day.
MONDAY - SATURDAY
Orders made by 8:30 AM will be delivered between 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST
Orders made between 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM will be delivered between 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM EST
Orders made between 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM will be delivered between 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM EST
Orders made between 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM will be delivered between 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
Orders made between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM will be delivered between 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST
If your order is placed after the same-day cut-off, it will go out with the next days' first run of packages.
SUNDAY
Orders made by 8:30 AM will be delivered between 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST
Orders made between 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM will be delivered between 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM EST
Orders made between 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM will be delivered between 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM EST

What if I am not home when the delivery driver comes?
You will receive a call 15 – 20 minutes prior to the arrival of your package. If you do not pick up, they will bring back for another delivery attempt during the following time block. You can also ask the driver to leave it in a safe location. There will be a photo provided to show that it was dropped off at the location asked.
It is crucial you use a real phone number, as the delivery driver will not just leave your package at your front door unless instructed to do so.

How to order for Same-Day Delivery:
You must live in the designated cities of Hamilton and Burlington.
Please ensure you have selected to shop from our East Warehouse
Add your favourite products to cart
Select the "Same-Day Delivery" option at checkout.
After proceeding through the checkout, ensure “Same-Day Delivery” has been selected, ensure you have entered a phone number and delivery details as the courier will be calling to confirm pickup.
Pay for your order in full (via Email Money transfer)
Your order will arrive in the time slot above.
Please note, all Same-Day parcels are shipped via a private courier service.
A friendly reminder, COVID-19 safety measures remain in full effect.
How much does Same-Day Delivery cost:
Shipping starts at $10 for orders up to $199.
Free shipping is applied for orders $200 or more

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that if there are any issues related to your payment -- I.e. a manual payment is sent but an order number is not included; payment is sent to the wrong email; the wrong amount is sent – this could result in your delivery being delayed. Please ensure all Payment Instructions are followed in order to ensure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.
