Editing your order:
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
If your order is still On Hold and has not yet been paid for, you can request the order be cancelled by our Customer Support staff and place a new one with your edited choices!
Once your order is in Processing no further changes can be made.
Cancelling your order:
If your order is still On Hold you can request that this be cancelled by our Customer Support staff. Send a message with your order number and the cancellation request and our staff will take care of the rest!
Any Processing orders can no longer be cancelled.
