My package is going to the wrong destination.
If you're tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it's headed to the wrong city, it's most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as postal codes are often manually entered by the postal office and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of one to two days.
Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a valid shipping address has been provided as we cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect address.
My tracking number does not work / Hasn't been updated recently.
Often we will email you the tracking number prior to the package scan at the post office. Until your package has been scanned in, your tracking information will not be available for tracking on the Canada Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
If you're tracking with Canada Post has not updated, rest assured that doesn't mean it's not on its way! It's not uncommon for parcels to miss scans while en route to their destination. More often than not, Canada Post will update your tracking as it gets updated at a Canada Post sorting facility, Out For Delivery, or Delivered.
Canada Post Says "Successfully Delivered" But I Have Not Received My Order.
There are a number of reasons why your package may have the status "Successfully Delivered " but you have not yet received the item. No need to panic! Often your item has just been delayed in delivery and will arrive shortly.
This Situation May Arise Because:
The postal worker will scan all their packages as "Successfully Delivered" then spend that day and/or the following business day completing the delivery.
The postal worker has misplaced your package in the wrong mailbox. We recommend checking with your neighbours to see if they've accidentally received your package.
*Please Note: If your Canada Post shipping status is "Successfully Delivered" and you did not receive your package within 2 business days of the delivery update, please contact us and we will investigate this issue with Canada Post.
How do I change my address?
To change your address, please go Click Here and you can change your address under the personal information tab. If your parcel is in transit and the incorrect address was inputted, you will need to contact Canada Post regarding this matter.
Please note: Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system. Tickets are dealt with in the order that they are received, and can take 24-48 business hours to be processed.
