Pot Cargo currently ships Canada-wide. We do not ship outside of Canada.

What are the shipping fees?

Free shipping for all orders above $200.00

*Please note your order total must equal $200 after promotions have been applied and before shipping fees have been applied to be eligible for free shipping.

Who do we ship with? (Mail Order)

Nation-Wide via Canada Post - The majority of orders are shipped via Canada Post (Tracked - Approx 3 - 6 Business Days). A fast-track link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 6 business days (up to 10 with delays) for your package to arrive from the date your order is shipped out for mailing.

Delivery Guarantee: If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, reach out to a live agent and we can investigate this for you. Your delivery is guaranteed by a one-time replacement or credit in Cargo Points, once an investigation has concluded.

Local Same-Day Delivery (Local Delivery Team)

We offer Same-Day Delivery to the Greater Hamilton & Burlington area as well as Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

How will my order be packaged?
Our advanced shipping methods ensure your security and privacy with discreet packaging and no mentions of the name Pot Cargo anywhere on the outside of the order. The products are all carefully packaged in vacuumed-sealed and smell-proof bags to keep your order as fresh as possible.

When will my order ship?
All orders paid and moved into processing by 12 PM will ship the next business day. If your order or payment is received after 12 PM, your order will ship out the second business day from the time your order moved into processing.

*Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. Please note that it can take up to three hours for our system to receive your e-transfer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is shipped out for mailing, please allow up to six business days to receive your order (10 with Canada Post Delays).

When tracking your package, please look for the status "Item out for delivery", indicating that the package has left the sorting facility and is on its way to your location.

*Please note, it is common that Canada Post may experience delays during Statutory Holidays and the Holiday Season. Click here for updates.

My package is going to the wrong destination.
If you're tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it's headed to the wrong city, it's most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as postal codes are often manually entered by the postal office and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of one to two days.

My tracking number does not work / Hasn't been updated recently.
Often we will email you the tracking number prior to the package scan at the post office. Until your package has been scanned in, your tracking information will not be available for tracking on the Canada Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If you're tracking with Canada Post has not updated, rest assured that doesn't mean it's not on its way! It's not uncommon for parcels to miss scans while en route to their destination. More often than not, Canada Post will update your tracking as it is Out For Delivery, or Delivered.

Canada Post Says "Successfully Delivered" But I Have Not Received My Order.

There are a number of reasons why your package may have the status "Successfully Delivered " but you have not yet received the item. No need to panic! Often your item has just been delayed in delivery.

This Situation May Arise Because:

  1. The postal worker will scan all their packages as "Successfully Delivered" then spend that day and/or the following business day completing the delivery.

  2. The postal worker has misplaced your package in the wrong mailbox. We recommend checking with your neighbours to see if they've accidentally received your package.

*Please Note: If your Canada Post shipping status is "Successfully Delivered" and you did not receive your package within 2 business days of the update, please contact us and we will investigate this issue with Canada Post.

How do I change my address?
To change your address, please go to https://potcargo.com/profile#/account and you can change your address under the personal information tab.
