If you bank with Tangerine, please note that you have two options for electronic payments. These options are:
Tangerine Email Money Transfers (EMT)
Interac e-transfers.
Our system does not allow us to accept Tangerine Email Money Transfers. We only accept Interac e-transfers.
Please make sure you send an Inteac e-transfers, not a Tangerine Email Money Transfer.
If you accidentally send a Tangerine Email Money Transfer, you can simply cancel the Tangerine EMT, and send an Interac e-transfer. Tangerine does have this service available as well, so just make sure you select the correct option when choosing your payment method.
